Delivery

Delivery costs can vary, depending on factors such as volume, weight and destination.

Generally, though, our delivery charges are:

£6.50 + VAT for single, lightweight items

£8.00 + VAT for orders under £250.00 nett

Free delivery for orders over £250.00 nett.

Our standard delivery for clothing is up to 3 working days, or up to 14 days for printed or embroidered items.
In some cases we can offer next day delivery for urgent orders. Contact us for details.

Returns:

Items can be returned within 5 working days of receipt, subject to prior agreement with CWL.

A handling charge of 20% net value of the goods will be applied.

Delivery costs are not refundable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
